Spiral roller brush double banded

The construction of the double band spiral brush is based on two metal bands, the outer band into which the inner band is inserted. The advantage of this construction is that density can be varied, and all types of wire can be used, from the finest to the coarsest, as well as all synthetic fibers. Thread retention is guaranteed. A final advantage of the double-band strip is that if one of the fiber tufts is damaged, the incident remains local and the other tufts remain unharmed.
