Brush belt toothed
Brush belt toothed are made of polyurethane. These belts are driven by toothed pulleys. This type of belt is mainly used for positioning or transfer applications. The advantage of the toothed belt brush is the positioning precision achieved. The speed of rotation can be precisely adjusted up to 6 m/s. Packing density is limited, as fibers can only be inserted on the surface corresponding to the belt notches. This means that the density is always relatively low.

* Drilling pattern: (O) open, (D) dense or (Z) very dense. (Density for width). The density of toothed brush belts is limited because the space available for the brush fibers is restricted to the upper part of the belt. The filling form is therefore always relatively open.
