Brush plate
The usefulness of plate brushes is no longer in question, with their multitude of possible applications. The applications are very diverse: guiding, transporting, pushing, pressing, washing. Example: guiding steel sheets on a punching machine or protecting glass plates.
Plate brushes with capacities of 500, 1250 and 2000 kg/m² come as standard. Naturally, we can produce any other brush for the capacity, weight and shape you require. We are one of the few manufacturers able to supply 2500 x 1200 mm plate brushes as standard.
Depending on the application, it can be filled with synthetic fibers, temperature-resistant fibers (up to 210°C) or brass fibers. The packing density will be adapted to the application. Depending on the choice of packing material and substrate, noise will be reduced and the risk of damage minimized.
