Brush ring steel profile
The rings are constructed from a metal profile into which the lining material is crimped. The profile is formed into rings and the ends are joined by crimping and welding. Steel profile ring brushes produce a cylindrical cleaning brush. Several rings are placed on one machine axle. This allows you to choose your own brush lining.
For example, you can make a cylindrical brush with only synthetic fiber ring brushes, which will easily remove dirt, sand or leaves. But you can also make a cylindrical brush using a combination of synthetic-fibre and steel-wire ring brushes. The result is a cylindrical brush that is both flexible enough for sweeping and hard enough to remove snow and dirt.
