Wave brush ring

Unique shape

The Wave ring brush is a special type of ring brush. Its wavy shape makes it easy to assemble the rings into a cylindrical brush without the use of spacers. The rings are filled with 20 to 40% more fibers than implanted ring brushes. Thanks to this fuller filling and its shape, dirt is even easier to remove. Available with different translation options.

Production and editing

The manufacture of Wave ring brushes is fully automated. Rigorous quality controls throughout the production process ensure a high level of quality. The design of Wave Ring Brushes makes ring assembly extremely simple. Fittings are easy to adjust and, once the rings are attached, the roller is able to rotate at high speed.
